About Chalk dudleya

Chalk dudleya is a real gem if you want something different in your garden. This pretty succulent grows in beautiful rosettes covered with a silvery-white powder that looks almost like chalk dust, which is how it got its charming name. The pale leaves create a soft, elegant look that draws the eye, and when it blooms, you'll see lovely yellow flowers that butterflies and other pollinators absolutely love. It's a native plant that thrives in our local conditions and adds wonderful character to any yard.

Growing chalk dudleya is wonderfully simple. This tough little plant loves sunshine and well-draining soil, so it's perfect for those sunny spots where nothing else seems to want to grow. Water it sparingly, especially once it's established. Since it's a succulent, it actually prefers to dry out between waterings. You'll find it's quite forgiving and low-maintenance, making it ideal if you're looking for plants that don't fuss. You'll enjoy this one for years to come.
